How we print:

Happy Printz are digital printers, who uses toner based press machines. 

Using toner inks means that the colour does not rub off of the materials and the products we produce are 100% food safe due to the way it is printed.

By using toner based ink, it means that we work with CMYK colours instead of RGB, giving a high quality print finish on your products.

Materials:

We try our best to make sure that the materials we use are environmentally friendly, therefore the paper and card stock we choose to supply are 100% recyclable. All materials we purchase and supply are fully FSC certified and are both toy and food safe.

Recycle:

Not only do we supply materials that can be recycled, but we ensure that our recyclable waste is also done properly too. We have had a contract for a few years now with Cawleys Waste, who collect our recycling bins for us each week, from the cardboard boxes we receive our deliveries in, down to the day to day excess waste when cutting and finishing products.

Environmental:

Happy Printz are also proudly part of the 'Carbon Capture Scheme'. 

As we all know, paper and card comes from trees and we do our bit by paying a tax on every stock order, which gets put into the Woodland Trust to re-plant trees.

Happy Printz takes a responsible approach to the environment and we have a commitment to reduce our environmental impact. We have been a part of this scheme
